Play the hand you can.
I would not wish a global pandemic on anyone at any time but I do believe it is important to play the cards that are dealt to us the best we can. Sometimes we get dealt something that is not really a great hand, but if played well, could still lead to a win. In this break of routine, great teams will leverage the opportunity to find a way to improve their systems as they adapt to the new normal. When things return to normal, then some of the innovation can remain and allow the team to benefit in the long term from a short and adverse situation.
