Does your training leave your team less prepared?

Trainings should test a person’s limits to help them understand what it will take to succeed in real-life situations. We have to fight the urge to underestimate the difficulty of the tasks that surround success. Settling for an easy or convenient training session wastes everyone’s time and creates a false sense of preparation. This lessens the actual preparation of a team after the training. How bad does a training have to be to actually make a team less prepared having gone through it? That is what we do when we go easy on our team in the training process.
