The Flexibility/Fun Correlation
I have noticed that fun is often categorized outside of our work on a team. Our idea of what is enjoyable determines the level of enjoyment we experience in our lives. If we only allow “fun” to be outside of work, we will spend the majority of our lives working all week for the little bit of fun we get to have on the weekend. Most of our tasks have some sort of enjoyable factor and having a flexible definition of fun can determine our ability to find it.
