Not That Obvious
Joy isn’t always obvious. Joy is not about being happy all of the time. Joy is often found in surprising places. It can be found in the small victories that no one else notices. Because joy can be so elusive, it makes sense that it goes unnoticed by the untrained eye. If someone doesn’t have joy, they may never have been shown where to look. A great leader knows that it is his responsibility to coach the eyes of the team to find even the less obvious victories.
