High Challenge

Teams that create a culture of high challenge often disappoint those that are not looking for a challenge. This is a great attribute because people that are not quite ready for a challenge won’t last long on the team. That leaves challenge-hungry people to work together to make something big happen. Every team can accomplish more than it initially believes. It just takes individuals that are willing to do anything within legal limits to accomplish it. It’s important to understand that not everyone thinks this way and that should be considered when recruiting or evaluating a team.
