I like sleep more.

People that have discipline issues likely need to like sleep a little less. Sleep is great in the right amounts and the at the right moment. It’s vital to our health and should be a high priority. Too many people put sleep too high on the priority list when they sleep in long enough to be constantly late. What are you willing to lose sleep over? That is what will motivate your improved discipline.
