A culture of critique is a vital part of a great team’s dynamic. Ordinary teams do not know how to cultivate a culture of critique. They avoid the hard talks that can help them improve on a daily basis. They pretend that everything is always copacetic so that no one ever has to be uncomfortable. This peace comes at the high cost of missed opportunities to improve.
