False Start

I have learned that generosity is often the core problem behind a team’s false start. Teams require people and people come through recruiting. Think about the biggest change an individual has to undergo when starting or joining a team. It is the transition from depending on ourselves to depending on others. That transition requires a lot of sharing and invloves many opportunities to give something away.
