The REMINDER that kills anxiety…

Great teams manage anxiety well. They don’t allow anxiety to affect performance, attitudes and relationships. The best way to manage anxiety when it pops up is to remind everyone that is affected by it to live by what they know and not by how they feel. Anxiety makes little deals seem like big deals. It can cause us to jump to the worst case scenario quicker than we should. When we stick to the facts and allow the uncertain to play out, it almost never turns out to be the nightmare we imagine.
