Leaders can struggle with the weight of responsibility for the team.
Why did they choose to join this team?
Why does the team go along with the vision?
Would I follow someone like myself?
Did all these people misplace their trust in my leadership?
When these questions pop into the leader’s head, it is important to trust the trust of others. They may see something in the vision that we don’t see and that is ok. Everyone should be on the team by choice. If that is the case, then trusting the trust of others is the best way to move forward out of self-doubt.
