Great Teammates: Unifier

Dan Pierce/ June 21, 2016/ Teambuilding/ 0 comments

Great teams are unified. That unity is accomplished and maintained by great teammates. Nothing defeats a team more consistently than the selfish agendas of poor teammates that spread strife. Great teammates confront division head on because they know what “divided we fall” means. They know the difference between asking questions and questioning. A question communicates a need for clarification for the purpose of unity before a decision is made. Questioning communicates a disapproval of a decision that has been made. Loyalty is best expressed in the moment of disagreement and great teammates pass the test by not causing the team to take sides.
