Great Teammates: Avoid Catastrophe

Great teammates make mistakes. They can make costly mistakes. However, they don’t find themselves in a pattern that keeps them at the center of a big problem. They learn from their mistakes and therefore become less likely to cost the team. Their integrity also keeps them from risky endeavors that could compromise the team’s reputation. Teammates that consistently cut corners are not thinking of the impact the consequences of their actions have on the team as a whole.
