I told you so…

Second guessing rarely communicates that someone has their teammate’s back. The act of second guessing is unsupportive in and of itself, so it may feel like a leap to assume that support would come later. Great teammates need to be intentional to both be supportive and sound supportive. In the aftermath of a failure or loss, it’s best to assess and learn, but to second guess reveals a confirmation bias and communicates an opinion of incompetence toward a teammate.
