Swagger and Humility

Can these two things be true of you at the same time? Probably more often than we realize. Great teams are confident on game day and humble on the practice field. They handle stress better because of that confidence. That is a huge advantage in the most crucial times. Humility on the practice field is also an advantage. The team that is confident enough to make mistakes on game day needs to be willing to admit to those mistakes on the practice field so that they can improve. A team that is humble enough to identify a weakness and improve on it at practice will have even more confidence in the next game.
