Patience

Problem solving takes patience. Accuracy is just as important as timeliness. Fast and accurate is best, but move too fast and a problem can snowball. Finding a solution might make ordinary people feel better about an adverse circumstance. Problem solvers are not lookIng to resolve feelings but real issues with real solutions. Separating our feelings from the resolution will help us gain the patience required to solve the problem properly.
