Every great team is made up of teammates who are problem solvers. There are some distinguishing attributes of a problem solver. Problem solvers are different because they run towards the problems that others seem to avoid. They are less interested in who is to blame than they are in finding a solution. They own problems as a project and do not cause others to have to clean up after their mess. Problem solvers don’t have time to complain about circumstances because they are too busy trying to deal with them in a productive way. Problem solvers are great to have on any team. Remember that it’s a choice to be one.
