Learn to Love It
When I first started playing football, I wanted to play defense. I was aggressive and stronger than most of my teammates. My coaches would always put me on offensive line because of those same attributes that I thought made me great for defense. I ended up playing both ways but I favored my defensive position. Over time I learned to like my offensive line position. The big hits I looked forward to on defense began to happen on offense after I gave it a chance. The same can happen for any teammate when they stop complaining and actually pour themselves into a non-preferred task for the good of the team.
