Define the Win

Every team exists to win. Some people are uncomfortable with that statement. Teams must define their win. What does it look like? Once that is established, it should be communicated through the team’s values and identity. Those that join the team learn what the win for the team is more by its culture and values than its stated goals. The win must match the team’s willingness to accomplish it.
