Empowering Too Slowly

If we have people on our team that we cannot release authority and responsibility to, then we have recruited poorly. Every teammate must be empowered appropriately. This means that some people are ready to hit the ground running because they have the talent and experience to do their job now. Once we recognize that someone is ready, it is important to empower them as quickly as possible so they can be in the best situation to succeed.
