Since some of our best ideas happen in the negative space between projects and events, it stands to reason that we should communicate these ideas to the team. Teams that do not plan for space between projects are not planning to learn anything from those projects. There are golden nuggets of insight that teammates can share with each other if they are given the opportunity to debrief the experience they just gained together. Busy limits learning. After the next project, plan to debrief the experience with the team to find out what you can learn.
