Changing nothing changes everything.

Maintaining is never the same as conquering. So why do some fight so hard to defend what they have achieved? Satisfaction? Fear of the unknown? Pride in what has been accomplished? Perhaps. No matter the motivation, the choice to change nothing actually is a change in and of its self…and is almost never is the best option. Settling for what we have always had or always done is a fundamental change in the operation of a team that has spent so much time discovering what they have always had and always done.
