Communication: What am I saying?

Communication is a key component for any team. Teams must talk to each other. Clarity in communication is important. Too often communication can be cloudy and mitigating. Often times a hard truth needs to be shared and the important point is tiptoed around so the other person isn’t offended. We must dismiss the myth that clear communication and the preservation of the feelings of those we are communicating with are mutually exclusive. People can handle clarity. I believe people crave it and are disappointed when they are not trusted with receiving clear communication.
