Seeing is Believing

What is the end game? What is the goal? What are we wanting to accomplish? What do we want to celebrate? Have we seen it before? It’s easy to aim at something that we have experienced before, but what if the vision is something that is outside the experience of anyone on the team? The key to vision casting is aiming for a future that everyone can see before it happens. Does the team see where we are going? Do they believe the goals can be accomplished? Even if they say they believe, do their actions match that statement of belief? Doubt is a dream killer. It creeps in quietly and can undermine the confidence of a team. Great teams believe they can accomplish their goals, not based on their on talent, but on the collective confidence in what the team can do together.
