The Steady Line
Our team’s success depends on our ability to hold to a steady line in the direction of the team’s goals and objectives when life happens. Circumstances will arise every day and we have to choose daily to stay the course. Every team needs a steadying force that helps them find a baseline in the midst of both crisis and jubilation. Nothing is ever as good as it seems and nothing is ever as bad as it seems. Surpluses will be spent and deficits will be recovered. The team is steady when it chooses to live by what it knows rather than how it feels.
