Aiming high requires people and purpose.

True teamwork requires the acceptance of the reality that the team can accomplish more than any single person can on their own. Teams that aim high surround themselves with extraordinary people who are burdened with glorious purpose. People become extraordinary on a team because their strengths are utilized while their liabilities are covered by their teammates’ strengths. When this happens, it isn’t long before the team builds the confidence to see threats as challenges that can be conquered together. As more challenges are conquered together, the team will continue to build the confidence to aim higher and higher. They aren’t afraid of fulfilling their purpose in a way that doesn’t settle or apologize for being greater than anyone of them could be alone.
