Preferences Disguised as Limiting Values

What if all that effort to create a reality filled with our preferences is what is standing in the way of progress? That would mean that much of my effort is sabotaging our desired outcome. Would we rather be successful or have all of our preferences in place? Most people choose their preferred reality over success. That is why there are so few winners. Successful people aren’t distracted by their preferences if those preferences sabotage the accomplishment of a goal or mission.
