Getting Lapped…

Another way for people to find themselves in the wrong seat is when the position outgrows them. The job has somehow grown bigger than their past experience and they now find themselves barely treading water where they once thrived. Honest conversation and regular evaluation should limit this more but all too often sentiment and comfort make it common.
