Consider the Source

Why do we fear the opinions and perceptions of ill-informed people? Teams must be secure and confident enough in their purpose, vision, and mission that they can withstand the criticism of those who don’t really have all of the facts. It is important to listen to feedback, but not all feedback is coming from an informed source. The key is knowing who to listen to and who to simply thank for their input without allowing it to affect the team’s purpose, vision, and mission.
