Can We Do Better?
Is the current level of success really success? Do we believe in the possibility of a better future? Every team must answer these questions to evaluate whether their ambition is to protect the comfort of the status quo or if change is necessary. I am a firm believer that people generally rise to the mark set for them. Belief is deep and often manifests in our attitude toward what we can achieve. We can be better, but will the cost of better be worth it? We very often set the bar too low, but things are not always as difficult as they seem. Aim higher.
