Leading With Dignity

We preserve dignity when we preserve the choices of others. On a team, this can do wonders for empowering our teammates. Flexibility allows us to preserve the dignity of others. Flexibility requires us to keep an open mind to ways that are outside our own; ways that we may not completely understand. It’s empowering to leave room for the methods we aren’t likely to try or think of by ourselves.
