The Goodness Sequence

Every team wants to both look good (notoriety) and be good (successful). There are three options that every team faces:

1) Look successful without actually accomplishing anything of value.

2) Be successful while under the radar

3) Look as successful as we actually are.

Option #1 is what many teams settle on while missing out on option #3 (especially in the age of social media). Option #2 is what will eventually be Option #3 over time.

Real success is a byproduct of hard work and effort over time, regardless of who knows about it.
