Fan The Flames…

A great team leader is secure enough to know that the team is in place for a reason. Each person has a unique gifting and talent for their specific role. A great team doesn’t need a leader to merely point out what went wrong or how we can be better. A great team already knows they dropped a ball before anyone else notices anyway. What a team needs from a leader is for the leader to help them fan the flame of what is going well.
