Communicating Care Part 1

There is tremendous truth in the old saying, “People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care”. This is especially true in a team dynamic. If decisions are made by the team leader that consistently demonstrate that care for the team is less of a priority than the care for results, then the teammates motivation for those results will wear away overtime. Leaders must understand that the team is the vehicle for the desired results. That vehicle needs to be maintained or leaders will find themselves walking alone.
