Treating Insightful People Differently…

How do we treat the most insightful people on our team? Do we see them as a resource or an inconvenience? I am sure there are times when both are true. The most insightful teammates are providing their best service to the team when their insight is most inconvenient. We often dismiss them at our peril. If we dismiss them often enough, we will have to decide which is more inconvenient: their insight or their permanent absence?
