Unwritten Expectations Part 3

Balanced workloads are an important aspect of any team dynamic. Over time, certain personalities will accumulate tasks on the team because they have both the capacity and care that a ball doesn’t get dropped. Soon, that extra task becomes an unwritten expectation. This goes unnoticed because they are successful in preventing any ball from dropping. If one person does their job well, they are often relied upon to cover for those around them. On paper they have a much smaller job description than what is expected of them by the rest of the team.
