We all have a physical limit to what we can accomplish. Every team has to acknowledge that. At the end of the day there will always be more work to do. If a team is working too hard for too long it is in danger of making a busy season evolve into a busy culture. Busy isn’t always productive. It’s the team leader’s responsibility to monitor the work load of the team and adjust the pace and responsibility as needed. It’s the responsibility of the team members to communicate when a heavy season seems to be stretching them too long.
