If vision is a finish line for a team, then the team dynamic is the car that drives the team towards the finish line. Goal oriented people can make a mistake of pursuing a goal at all costs. Just because a team can do something to accomplish a goal doesn’t mean that they should. Doing something to accomplish a goal at the cost of the relationships on the team may discount future success for immediate gratification.
