Source of Success

One way to battle a team’s overconfidence is to remember all the effort, failure, and planning that contributed to the present day success. A team and it’s leader need to be consistently reminded that each member played a pivotal role in the process that led to success. Realizing that success is a process and not an event helps prevent superstition and entitled expectations in the future.
