The rest of team is then empowered to further reinforce the culture. A safe culture happens when everyone buys into a set pattern of behavior that fits the culture everyone signed up for when they joined the team. People know what is expected from them and what they can expect from each other. Words match actions and allow the team to work with each other instead of having to navigate consistent inconsistency.
