“Get To” or “Got To”

Team motivation is as important as anything in a team dynamic. “Why” a team does something is as important to “what” a team does. People join a team because they want to be a part of what the team stands for.

Team motivation is negatively affected over time as the actions of a team drift off the cause that attracted the team members to join in the first place. A task that feeds a passion will seem limitless in energy, attention, and enthusiasm. A task that is required will ways seem to fall short in the same.
