Team Quality: Handling Adversity

A great team shows it’s quality in adversity by “fighting back to back”. The focus is taken off of each other and placed on the issues, threats, and obstacles. It is safe to say that a team should never set a goal to judge, nit pick, and attack each other. If this happens in the worst of times the team has chosen to distract itself from its original mission. The quality of a team is shown in its ability to rally around each other and focus the teams resources towards a solution when challenged with adversity. This reduces any opponent’s ability to divide and conquer.
