Predetermined Mindset

My mindset determines how I interact with my teammates. I always include exactly the perspectives that I am looking for. When I want a big picture I will be more likely to be more inclusive. When I want to stick to something that will tell the story I want to tell myself I will include those perspectives even when it totals one; consensus achieved.
