What Separates Consensus From a Panoramic View?

Consensus works to eliminate anything that disagrees. A panoramic view seeks that which agrees and builds on it. It accepts what doesn’t agree as an angle that should be included for consideration.

It is often difficult to seek truth and accept that two different perspectives as possibly both being true. This is incredibly difficult in a competitive or prideful environment that thrives on being right or winning as an individual over winning as a team. Being right can eliminate pieces of the truth if it didn’t come from our perspective.
