A Team of Individuals: Cumulative Perspective
Who we are influences how we see and experience the world. Two people can experience an identical event and walk away without an identical experience. Our perspectives are always as unique as our DNA. Even identical twins have unique perspectives that may differ from each other.
Perspectives differ because angles and lenses differ. No one can truly share our vantage point because we are taking up the physical space at that specific moment combined with the specific lens of experience unique to us. This is an advantage on a team because more perspectives should give a team a panoramic view of any situation.
