Growing On a Team: It Beats Growing Alone

When we are working alone, we have to spend a lot of time developing every aspect of our lives. This limits and slows growth, blind spots are not addressed, and complacency can set in quickly if an individual doesn’t have another source of motivation. No one can stay self-motivated all the time. We need others to notice when we need a little push or even a rest.
