Sharing is Caring

Teams that share responsibility should share a lot more. It is true that the advantage of teamwork is a better return for the effort. Many hands make light work. The best teams that I have been on work hard to be on the same page constantly.

There are three areas that require team work or a shared responsibility for each team to succeed:

1) Intellectual
2) Physical
3) Emotional
