Team Poison: Myopic Perspectives

The team dynamic is at its healthiest when each team member understands each other to the point of being able to disagree and continue to support each other. Often a team suffers when teammates do not take the time to truly know each other. When this happens, perspectives can be limited to each person’s own experience. This limits empathy, understanding, and true connections between teammates.
