Why Are Holidays Important?

Holidays are important because they allow us to stop and remember to make new memories. Teams always require pause points that allow not just for evaluation but also celebration and rest. Holidays are a great time to reflect on what we have rather than strive for what we don’t. There are 300+ days out of the year that can be used for evaluation and problem solving. Holidays like Christmas and New Year’s Eve/Day are built-in seasons where we can enjoy all the work we put in throughout the year and just take a moment to appreciate what we have and acknowledge who we get to share it with.
