Work Ethic: Willingness
A great work ethic requires a “want to” factor. People that have to be talked into something over and over again will not be able to maintain a solid work ethic. There is no room for a person on the team who is unwilling to contribute to the whole. People who only give half effort to a job may not be lazy. They have a poor work ethic because they only work hard when they want to and not when it’s required by the team. Lazy people never work. Unwilling people only work when they agree on the agenda. Both have a poor work ethic.
