Complaining versus Concern

Complaints are often confused as concerns. Even the complainer may think that their complaint is a concern that can benefit everyone. But that is the distinction between a valid concern and a complaint. Complaints are self-centered and based on preference. Engaging a complaint will likely swing the pendulum in a way that will cause another complaint from the other end of the spectrum.
